I am Susanne Bolte, a trained environmental and social psychologist with a doctorate, working in the field of medical psychology in both research and teaching.

In my previous research, I examined the role that value orientations and political attitudes play in the acceptance of climate policy measures and in the effectiveness of climate change communication.

Since both climate change and health are central societal challenges of our time, I aim to more closely integrate my expertise with questions in medical psychology in order to better understand how psychological factors can support effective behavioral and adaptation processes at both the individual and societal level.
